Environment Art – Battlefield: Hardline (Multiplayer)
I worked on multiplayer environments at Visceral Games, taking maps from blockout through final. My focus was modeling, texturing, and the cross-gen challenge: back-porting levels designed for PS4 and Xbox One to run on PS3 and Xbox 360.
Cross-gen meant stripping fidelity aggressively while keeping the gameplay intact with dramatically fewer triangles and smaller textures. I also coordinated with outsource vendors on prop creation, reviewing their work, giving feedback, and making sure everything held together visually when it came back into our levels.
